How to apply for FLISP

    Get pre-approved
    Apply for a home loan at any major SA bank (FNB, Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, Capitec).

    Find a property
    Sign an Offer to Purchase. The property must fall within the qualifying price band (typically under R1.8m).
  3. 3
    Submit to NHFC
    Apply via the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) with your ID, payslips, loan approval and OTP.
  4. 4
    Receive the subsidy
    If approved, the subsidy is paid directly to your home loan or attorney on transfer.
